Defective/Wrong items-within the warranty period, Non-defective Merchandise(21% restocking Fee will be charged)-within 14 days of receipt

If buyers change the mind or purchased the wrong item , we allow the buyer change this transaction, But we will charge USD $18 as handling fee,and can't refund PAYPAL and EBAY fee, shipping cost.

Please contact us to get a RMA(Returned Merchandise Authorization ) number before sending out your exchange. Goods without RMA number will NOT be accepted, Please write the RMA number on the returning package.
