Sales Tax

Collections Etc. charges the following for sales tax:

For orders shipped to Illinois – add 8% Sales Tax on Merchandise and Shipping & Handling.

For orders shipped to Kansas – add appropriate Local or County Sales Tax Rate on Merchandise
and Shipping & Handling.

Shipping & Handling

Please refer to the following chart for shipping/handling charges. Delivery times apply to in-stock merchandise orders.

Standard Delivery – Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for delivery upon receipt of your order.

Express Service – Please allow approximately 4-6 business days for delivery upon receipt of your order.

Service Outside the lower 48 States – To calculate delivery, use Standard shipping charges, plus $6.50 per item (excluding doll stands). Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all U.S. Territories may require additional delivery time. At this time we do not ship to APO, FPO addresses.

No express delivery to P.O. Boxes or outside the contiguous United States.

Returns are easy! Here's how:

Please complete the “RETURN REASON” Form on the back of your packing slip. Return this form with your
package, postage prepaid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.

We advise that you insure your package and request delivery confirmation for your protection. Collections Etc. is not responsible for packages until they are received at our facility.

Please contact customer service at auctions@collectionsetc.com for return authorization.

If returning multiple cartons, please return the items with the matching invoice in each carton.

If you do not request an exchange on your RETURN REASON Form, a refund will be processed if you paid by PayPal. If payment was by credit card, we will credit your account.
