With Fancy Dress postal discount applies as full price for the 1st item and then a £1.00 discount on all other items. Only 4 items per parcel after that there will be a full charge then £1.00 discount again.

Postal insurance for UK purchases is 75p per parcel. International parcels will cost £3.70 per parcel (4 items per parcel) If buying from abroad postal discount is compulsory if there are more than 3 items in the parcel.
