Our item(s) are subject to selling out or going on back-order.
Please note that the available quantity in our listing is only approximate and the item(s) listed may actually be out of stock. Our item(s) are sold through other sources, other than ebay, and there could be an updating delay between the quantity listed as available and what is actually available.
Sold Out: If sold out, we will refund the buyers payment for the item(s) in full.

If we receive any payments by mail we will not return it. Buyer will need to send us a self-addressed, stamped, envelope for its return.
Buyer has 7 days in which to complete checkout.
If payment hasn't been received within 7 days then we will file a non-paying bidder notice with ebay. This will give the buyer an additional 7 days in which to get payment to us; however, if we don't receive payment at the end of those 7 days then we will file for a final credit with ebay . Plus the item will no longer be available to that buyer.

There is sales tax for shipments within California and this rate will be included automatically on all invoices. Sales tax rate is for Santa Clara County.
Some of our suppliers in other states charge sales tax and that information will be posted in the items description box in our listing. Please note that we will need to manually adjust the ebay invoice to include the sales tax for any state other than California.
HANDLING FEES:
The handling fee covers the expenses of that listing.

Shipping | COMBINING AUCTIONS:
We will combine our ebay transactions if the auctions/store sales end within 3 days of one another and they are paid with a single payment.
We make every effort to combine multiple item purchases to save on buyers shipping cost; however, your order may be shipped from more than one warehouse.
You will need to email us when you are finished shopping. Please do not pay until we send you a consolidated invoice. Due to some bugs in the automated system, we will need to issue your invoice manually for multiple item purchases. Please do not check out or pay until you have purchased your final item and received your adjusted invoice; otherwise, you will not receive the multiple item and/or shipping discount..

For non-continental USA addresses please inquire before making any purchase because some of our suppliers will ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and some won't.

CONDITION OF RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Defective Items not yet used:
Buyer must contact us, tnt Commodities, to obtain a return authorization number.
Buyer to pay for shipping charges on defective returns that may be refundable*.
Return any defective item in its original packaging with everything that came with it. If not returned in original packaging then this will be considered a mis-usage defect and is not refundable. Buyer will need to pay for the shipping charges to return unpackaged item(s) back to them within 3 days of being notified; otherwise, the item(s) will be disposed of.
All returns are inspected and the condition of any item is determined by our supplier(s) Service Department. If our supplier(s) Service Department determines that any item is not a manufacturers defect or the damage is not covered under warranty then no refund will be issued to buyer and the buyer will need to pay for the shipping charges to return any item(s) to them within 3 days of being notified; otherwise, the item(s) will be disposed of.
A full refund plus return shipping charges will be given to buyer for defective item(s) that our supplier(s) has approved*.
Defective Items after usage:
with Warranty: If an item comes with a product warranty and becomes defective after use then please consult product packaging for manufacturer's warranty.
without Warranty: If a defective item(s) doesn’t have a warranty and was received within 30 days of useage then please contact us for a return authorization number.

All defective returns are inspected and the condition of any item(s) is determined by our supplier(s) Service Department. New/Unused/Resalable Items:

Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. For the buyers protection, it is recommended that they purchase insurance and obtain a tracking number for their package(s).
Damaged in Transit:
The buyer will need to file a claim with the carrier if insurance was included in the purchase or the buyer paid for insurance.
We will assist with this process as much as we can; however, the buyer must initiate the claim.
Not As Described Items:
If item is not as described, please contact us within 3 days after receiving it.
