By default, we will ship the package to your address in paypal, even it is not a confirmed address. PLEASE let us know your new shipping address before the package ship out. If the shipping address is incorrect, you have to pay the extra cost such as UPS address correction fee, return shipping cost etc. Please make sure the address is correct.

RETURN POLICY :
- Buyer must notify us within 3 days of receiving an item, Items returned will be tested by our staff: 1) If Found defective- Buyer will be shipped a new replacement unit immediately. 2) If found not defective- Item will be sent back to buyer. Please do not ship the item back to us without our confirmation. Items returned without our confirmation may be refused and returned to the sender. Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges.
- Items returned must be in new condition with all original boxes, hardware, manuals & accessories.
- Please note: Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned refused and/or undeliverable. Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information in their eBay/PayPal account.
- If an exchange due to wrong item ordered is requested, a 15% restocking fee will be charged (min $5.00 per item). Returning item must be in its original condition with all accessories included. Please ask questions before, not after you have placed the order.
