This is Cartier's Swiss-made Small Tank Solo watch, model #1018755 in stainless steel.  It has a stainless steel circular-grained crown set with a spinel cabochon, pale silver opaline dial, Roman numerals, sword-shaped blued steel hands, Cartier calibre 157 quartz movement,  steel deployment (folding) buckle and is water resistant to 100 feet.  The Roman numeral at the 10 o'clock position is formed by using the word Cartier as one of the X's legs.
