Just so you understand the DSR system:
When you give 4 stars, it may seem like a great score, for example a 4 in Shipping Time means Quickly; however Ebay does not consider this a good score. Their standards require sellers to maintain a 4.7 & higher rating or be penalized with higher fees & lower exposure.
