Items are shipped direct from our distributor. Costumes are in stock at our distrubutor however in the rare cases they may be out of your particular size. If they are out we will notify you within 24-48 hours. We will also send you a full refund and a mutual Ebay withdrawal. Processing times are 24 - 48 hours but increase after October 10th till Halloween. Please allow up to 5 days processing time after October 10th till Halloween. Please note Shoes and Boots can not be returned or exchanged. Manufacturer defects will be replaced.
