We do not allow returns or exchanges on this product, for assistance please contact the manufacturer for any warranty or replacement eligibility.

We will allow exchanges of this item if requested within 7 days after order arrival date on defective items only. Item(s) must be returned in originally received condition with all packaging and materials. We allow defective item returns ONLY in the event of a manufacturing fault. If you have damaged your item because of your own improper usage your request will be denied. Each case will be professionally inspected and evaluated, if it's found that the damage is by the customers own doing, your request will be denied and your item will be shipped back to you at your own expense.All returns of this type will not impose a restocking fee.

Shipping is non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Exchange will be given for identical product (or comparable if item is out of stock). We pay shipping charge for exchanged item(s) back to customer.

We allow damage exchanges on this item for 2 days after receiving your order. Please inspect your package before accepting delivery. If any visible signs of damage are present that may effect your products condition please refuse delivery if possible and notify us immediately so that we can file a claim with our shipping company and have a new shipment sent. Failure to notify us of any shipment damages in a timely manor will void your ability to receive a replacement. Shipping is non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges if package is opened. Replacement will be shipped once damage is verified and claim is filed with shipping company. We pay shipping costs for replacement back to customer.

Shipping is available to the United States (lower 48 states, Hawaii & Alaska) only, we don't currently ship to any other countries or APO/FPO addresses.
