General Information:

We reserve the right to end an auction early at any time.  We expect contact to be made within (3) days after end of auction.  FEEDBACK WILL BE LEFT AFTER SHIPPING OF ITEM, PLEASE LEAVE FEEDBACK FOR US

Shipping Information:

Auction winner is to pay actual shipping costs.  We do not package the item up until after the auction is over.  Please wait for your invoice to be sent to you with the actual shipping weight.  Failure to wait causes YOU TO PAY MORE for shipping as we enter the weight extremely higher than the actual package.  Our Handling fee for shipping items is $1.00. (This helps pay for packing materials) Multiple item purchases are combined into a single order. All shipping is via UPS ground with up to $100 insurance unless otherwise upgraded at additional cost. UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO. Items are usually shipped within 24hrs of payment confirmation (except weekends and holidays). Your tracking number will be emailed to your immediately after shipment has been processed. PLEASE NOTE  IF YOUR SHIPMENT ARRIVES DAMAGED, NOTIFY US WITHIN IN 24 HOURS. AS THE SHIPPER WE WILL CONTACT UPS FOR THE CLAIM.  WHEN THE CLAIM MONEY IS REFUNDED TO US WE WILL REFUND IT TO YOU.  WE WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANY CLAIM MONEY UNTIL WE RECEIVE IT FROM UPS. (Please do not ask) UPS WILL ONLY REIMBURSE THE SHIPPING AND COST OF THE ITEM. (Anything over $100.00 will be additional cost to the buyer)  Canadian Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes etc. Contact Seller first before bidding.

Pick up information:

You must contact us before you bid to see if pick up is available.  There will be a handling fee of $5.00 for items that are picked up.  Arrangements MUST BE MADE BEFORE BIDDING.

Payment information:

All payments are due in our offices no later than (7) SEVEN DAYS FROM THE END OF THE AUCTION.  We Open Cases for ALL UNPAID bids.  Auction must be paid through Paypal.   We do not accept personal or business checks, C.O.D.  Florida residents must pay 6.5% sales tax. Paypal account mvelinsky@visionsusa.com if you have no intention on paying for an item, please do not bid.
