Ship to Addresses

Paypal Payment:  We only ship to the paypal ship to address, this address is the one you choose when you send in the payment. If this address changed , you must update it with Paypal before making your purchase . We will not be held responsible for shipping to the paypal address when it is different from where you wanted it shipped . Its quite simple to update your address with Paypal before the sale and very complicated once the product has shipped to the wrong address so please make sure your paypal and ship to address match.

If an item is returned for failed delivery, buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred by the seller.

Credit Card Payment: If you pay by credit card, we can only ship to the BILLING address on the credit card. This is the address where you get your billing statements mailed to. If you have a PO Box as your bill to address, please inquire with us prior to bidding if you are buying an item that is larger than a "video camera".

Mailed In Payment:  Sorry but per eBay's new policy, we can not accept mailed in payment.

After you send payment, we will email confirmations and tracking information to your REGISTERED PAYMENT EMAIL ADDRESS. 

For instance, if you have one email address for eBay, and one email address for Paypal, your emails will go to the Paypal email address.

RETURNS

No returns unless defective. Returns must be sent back prior to 14 days.
Returns for FREE BONUS items (such as bonus DVD players, etc) must be serviced w/ manufacturer if that issue arises. They are FREE, and should deal w/ mfg for shipping return issues.

Nokia cell phones must go back to MFG if defective. They carry full warranty, and the manufacturer wants them back directly instead of returning to us.

REFUNDS

Incur 15% restock fee within 14 days. NO REFUNDS after 14 days.

We leave feedback immediately after you pay for your item. We trust, appreciate, and value you as a customer and hope you will leave a positive detailed seller rating once we ship your item.

We respond to ALL emails. Make SURE your SPAM control is OFF, as most of the emails we send are automated, and can be bounced from your ISP. 

International Orders

Please email us in regards to shipping to your country, and specific payment requirements.  

Transit Time

Please remember that most carriers do not deliver or pickup on weekends and holidays. Factor that in when you estimate how fast we ship your item and how soon you will receive it.

Military / APO addresses

We will ship to military addresses, as long as they are the size of a computer and smaller.  

Turnaround Time

99% of orders ship the FOLLOWING business day after you pay. If you pay on Friday, it ships on Monday.  All items are in stock at the time of the post.  In the unlikely event an item is oversold, we will be glad to work with you to find an amicable resolution. In most cases, expedited shipping, item upgrades, or bonus items are offered.  

Rebate Forms

All rebate forms can are BUYER's responsibility to print/find. If you have trouble, simply shoot us an email. 

FAILED DELIVERY

If shipper makes their delivery attempts and you are not there to receive the package, the item is sent back to us. At that time you will be refunded LESS THE SHIPPING FEES BOTH WAYS! No exception. By bidding, you agree to this policy.

Alaska and Hawaii

Please ask prior to bidding about shipping prices. If an item is larger than a camera, there will be a surcharge.

Signature Required

A signature is required on every shipment. Please make sure you have arranged for someone to accept the package.

Shipping Explanation

The Adult Signature Required option is approximately $3 for each package. This option is included in the price of our shipping.

In addition, we also have a special profile on file w/ UPS amd DHL to prevent and deter fraud. Our packages, once in route, can NOT be altered. For instance, you can NOT call UPS and change the delivery address once in route, otherwise it is sent back to shipper. This is in compliance w/ Paypal's seller protection terms and conditions where we MUST ship to a billing/confirmed address for fraud protection.

Oversize Items

Televisions 40" and larger may ship w/ a private freight carrier. This is due to size limitations on UPS/FEDEX/DHL, and that your item travels safer. TV orders may not be refused once shipped, and if so, will incur a 15% restock fee, and shipping both directions. You MAY refuse a damaged tv. Simply make a note on delivery manifest so we can expedite insurance claim.

Oversize shipments are special orders, and can not be cancelled once shipped. In the event you decide you do not want the item any longer, and it has already shipped, you will be assessed the restocking fee and the shipping incurred both ways.
