Returned item must be received in original condition with all parts included. Damaged items are not accepted for return.

Slightly mistreated original boxes are not a reason for a return. Items are opened to check functionality, photograph the item and inventory content. Additional packing material may be added to ensure safe arrival of product.

Damage during shipping requires that the damage be reported within 5 days of receiving the item. Failure to report the damage within the 5 day period will not be accepted. In the event of damage during shipping the shipping company may take 30 days to process a claim. All damaged during shipping claims will be refunded once the claim is approved.

We do our best to make sure all items are listed accurately but some minor cosmetic blemishes may go unnoticed. Please review all pictures.

Many of our items are often covered under the manufacturer's warranty as the majority of our customers have successfully called the manufacturer to register the item and activate the warranty. While we cannot guarantee this, most LIKE NEW/OPEN BOX and all FACTORY SEALED ITEMS with original packaging have a good chance of being registered and warranted because they are not previously registered.

We ship all items within 2 business days of receiving a cleared payment. A tracking number or delivery confirmation number is emailed once it is available. UPS does not ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses. A physical street address is required for all UPS shipments.
