Return Policy: All sales are final unless item is significantly not as described.

We sell New and Shelf Pull items and occasionally Used Items. If the item is a shelf pull item, the packaging may be missing, bent, torn, cut and/or taped. Slightly mistreated original boxes are not adequate reason for a return. Some items are opened to check their function and/or to make sure all accessories are there. This does not mean they are not new. All items are new unless stated in the description. We do our best to make sure all items are new but some minor blemishes might not have been noticed. If the item is used it will be stated. Failure to read the description is not adequate reason for a full refund. If you have opened and significantly damaged the packaging or items will not be accepted for return. It is your responsibility to check the compatibility of software, electronics and water filters as well as sizes of clothing and shoes.  Make sure you are buying the correct item you need. No refunds if you choose the wrong item. Skincare, cosmetics, water filters, shoes, herbal products, underwear and other items where sanitation would be an issue cannot be returned.

We are not perfect so if we send the incorrect item, let us know and you will be sent the correct item and we will pay shipping charges for you to send us back the incorrect item.

We guarantee that your item will be working when you receive it (unless stated that it is for parts or repairs). If it does not work properly, please contact us immediately and we resolve the situation. It will be determined if we made a mistake or if there was shipping damage. We will make sure the item is in good working condition and is packed correctly. Because we want to make sure your item is safe during shipment we will add insurance to all shipments that are over $50 or fragile. In the event of damage during shipping, you will make a claim from the postal service. We will provide you with tracking information. We cannot make the claim on your behalf but we will help you anyway we can.

Shipping Charges: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. At times shipping charges do seem high. We put in the weight of the item and the post office calculates the charges. We do our best to keep weights as true as possible. If the charges seem out of line, let us know and we will check to see if there is a mistake in weight. I have made mistakes on weights before but they have always been in favor of the buyer. Some other sellers list low or free shipping but usually increase their price of the item. So please make sure to consider the selling price + the shipping fee when you buy. If you do not like the price + shipping, then please do not buy. The shipping price cannot be changed after purchase.

E-bay has just removed (Sept. 22) your option of buying insurance. Because we want to make sure your item is safe during shipment we will add insurance to all shipments. Note that this does increase our shipping costs so we will be adding insurance costs to the shipping and handling fees. (If this does not seem fair to you-let e-bay know. Your continuing feedback is always welcome and is how ebay determines future polices.)

Addresses: Addresses need to be confirmed. Please make sure you have current address in Pay pal and E-bay files. Buyer will be responsible for all charges if a confirmed address is not provided. We only to ship to the contiguous 48 states. No international shipping.

E-mails and Shipping: We answer e-mails once a day Monday-Friday. We pack and ship items each day between 8 am and 10 am Monday- Friday (except when post office is closed for holidays). Items purchased after 10 am will be shipped the next business day.

Combined Shipping: We will offer combined shipping as often as we can. Some items are too large to offer this service. If no combined shipping is available it will be stated. If you are interested in ordering several different items let us know and we will revise the items to combine shipping.
