Payment: Payment is required within 7 days of purchase. If you have questions about payment, contact us before purchasing.
Combined Shipping: Please email with auction numbers and your zip code or country and we can let you know the rates before you buy. In order to receive combined shipping discounts, you must request and wait for an invoice before paying, as the calculator here typically overcharges you. We base combined shipping on the actual cost plus a small handling fee, which is why we need to know which auctions for the weight and your location.
Shipping Time: Orders typically ship the next business day. However, if there is a vacation message at the top of this listing, we cannot ship until the date it says we will be back. More information is always available at the top of our store homepage when we are away.
Domestic Buyers: Typical shipping options are priority (2-3 business days), parcel post (4-9 business days), or express mail (overnight to most areas, 2nd day to some). Some items may also offer first class (3-5 business days), media mail (1 week to 3 weeks), or UPS ground (1-6 business days by location). If you need an item quickly, please choose an appropriate shipping method. Insurance is optional and the buyer’s choice for domestic shipments.
International Buyers: All orders are marked as merchandise and will be declared at purchase price on customs forms. You are responsible for any customs fees / duties / taxes your country charges. Insurance is included in shipping/handling costs for all international purchases; if you need to file a claim, all of the packing materials will be needed for the claim. First Class International on average takes 1 week to 4 weeks to arrive and it is the cheapest method for most packages (must be under 4 pounds in weight and 36 inches length+width+depth). Priority International takes approximately 6 to 10 business days, and Express International takes approximately 4 to 6 business days.
Return Policy: Items must be returned within 7 days of arrival in the same condition as they were sent. Returns will NOT be accepted on any items that have been used. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer. Upon our receiving the item back in the same condition it was sent, we will issue a refund of the buy it now or final bid price minus a 12% restocking fee. The original shipping and handling cost will not be refunded. Returns that do not follow these guidelines will be shipped back to the buyer at the buyer’s expense or donated locally.
