Insurance is optional.  It is $.50 per DVD which guarantees replacement or refund if damaged or lost in the mail. (US only)

Auctions are normally mailed within 4 to 5 business days after payment is received.  Please allow ten (10) days for First Class Mail and 14 days for Media Mail (US only).  For  auctions going to international addresses please allow 16 to 21 days.
