How to Checkout:

After winning an item via auction, or comleting a buy it now purchase, you have two options:

• This is the only item I am purchasing! Use the ebay checkout system to pay for your order.
• I am looking to purchase more items! If you wish to continue shopping, you can combine all of your purchases into one order. You will receive combined shipping rates on all of the items you purchase. If the combined shipping rates are not coming up properly, feel free to request an invoice, and we will send you one within 24 hours. All items will need to be paid for together - if they are paid for separately, they will be shipped separately and will not qualify for combined shipping rates.

If the item is in stock in our warehouse, we will ship your item out the same or next business day. If purchased before 1pm EST, it will go out the same business day. If purchased after 1pm EST, it will go out next business day. Business days are Monday - Saturday, but do not include any holidays observed by the United States Postal Service.

Shipping Times :

Shipping times are not guaranteed, as they are determined by the carrier you choose. The following chart will help you determine the BEST shipping method for your situation:

The times above were taken from ACTUAL Potter Inc. shipments from the time period of 3/01/09 to 6/01/09. Business days for USPS are considered every day except Sunday, and national holidays. Business days for UPS are considered Monday-Friday.
*Time frames for First Class International are estimates, as sample size was too small.

Other things you need to know about shipping :

• No inflated shipping charges! We charge what the shipping carrier charges us for shipping. We don't charge handling fees, or packaging fees!
• You will receive shipping information via email as your order progresses. If you haven't received them, please check your SPAM folder, as many of our emails end up there.
• If you are an international customer, you may be subject to import taxes, or other duties as charged by your local government.  If you are unsure regarding taxes you may be charged to import your product, please consult your local government for guidelines.  As a general rule, most items under $35 US don't require import or duties taxes to most countries.  Once again, this is a general rule - please consult your local government for specific guidelines.
• If your order is shipped via United States Postal Service, you will receive a delivery confirmation number for USA shipments. For international shipments, first class mail international does not offer any type of tracking method. Priority mail and express mail international shipments will receive a customs ID number, which can be used to help track your order.
• We don't ship all of our items in cardboard boxes. We use poly mailers, cardboard boxes, paper wrap, and no outside packaging as methods for packing. The type of shipping for this item can be found in the "How its shipped" area above. Want to know the difference? Click here to read more.

Buyer Feedback:

We will submit proper feedback once payment has been received, and we have received appropriate feedback. We have an automated system for positive feedback. This means the moment you leave us feedback, you receive yours instantly! In cases where buyers fail to pay for an item, a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover fees.

Backorders:

Due to the high volume of orders across multiple channels, it is possible an item you ordered may be out of stock in rare circumstances. If an item is out of stock, we will immediately place the item on backorder and notify you of the estimated shipping date. Since we do not have access to any credit card numbers, the order is initally charged when you order it, not when the items are shipped. You may cancel the backordered item at any time, and we will refund the purchase amount of the product, plus any applicable shipping fees attached to it.
