SALES TAX:
Add 9.25% Sales Tax for all California Residents except for San Francisco County (add 9.5%), Alameda County (add 9.75%), and Contra Costa County (add 9.75%).

Please use the eBay check out for this will help expedite the shipment of your item.
SHIPPING POLICY:
We ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or United States Postal Service. Oversized,
heavy and very fragile items are shipped on a pallet via freight company
with economy service. FedEx or UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box so, please
provide us with a street address for FedEx or UPS shipments. Items are shipped
within 7 business days from receipt of payment. In the unlikely event
that goods are damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately
and we will direct you through the appropriate steps to make a claim with
FedEx or UPS (make sure you save all of the boxes and packaging that your order
came in, it may be needed to file a claim with FedEx or UPS) or USPS. That's
it! Not a really huge policy, but it needed to be said. Shipping costs
are subject to change without notice. If you have a preferred delivery
service that you would like us to use, we are always happy to try and
accommodate special requests (within reason). However, please note all
requests for shipping by other carriers will result in different shipping
costs and the risk of damage/loss/etc. during shipping will be the sole
responsibility of the customer.
OUR PAYPAL POLICY: PayPal
users MUST give their Confirmed PayPal Address as we will only ship items
to the buyers confirmed addresses. The confirmed address is the same
as your credit card billing address. If your confirmed address is a PO
Box, then you will need to use another form of payment as FedEx will not
deliver to a PO Box. There are NO Exceptions as this protects us from
fraudulent transactions. We have been a victim PayPal fraud and now have
to be strict on this policy. PayPal cannot be used for local pickups from
our office as PayPal needs proof of shipment for any fraudulent claims.
If you cannot comply with our PayPal policy, then you must use our other
means of payment. Please email us if you have any questions about this.
WARRANTY INFO: We make no
claims of warranty for this item. You will receive all items listed in
the description. If it is not listed, it is not included. Serial Number
will be provided since there may be a remaining manufacturer's warranty
but, it is the responsibility of the bidder/buyer to check warranty status
and do the necessary work to transfer. NOTE: All items sold here has
been tagged to prevent any fraud.
RETURN-REFUND POLICY: Any
items we sell that is not working properly when received by the buyer
will be covered under the terms of our guarantee. The item well be returned
to seller at buyer expense. Item will be tested to determine condition.
If the item is not working and there are no obvious signs of physical
damage your money, not including the return shipping charges, will be
refunded. Buyer must notify seller within 7 days after receiving the
item of any problem that may require a return and refund. Items returned
that are determined to be in working order the customer will be charged
20% restocking fee and shipping will not be refunded. We will not accept
any item that is damaged in return shipping. It will be reshipped back
to the buyer and they will need to issue a claim with the shipping company.
We do not cover the following conditions under our guarantee: (1) When
items are sold in AS-IS condition. (2) Buyers
inability or lack of experience and acknowledge to install and/or use
the equipment purchased. (3) Buyers attempt to use the equipment purchased
in some special application that may require new equipment only, in order
to meet high levels of tolerance.
SPECIAL NOTES: For items
with Hard Drives and Any Items requiring Passwords (Computers, Laptops,
Servers, and Networking Equipment): Hard Drives may have been reformatted
or erased by the original owner to protect intellectual property. Unless
specifically noted otherwise, items do not ship with any licensed OS (even
if OS is still installed). Some items may need reformatting of drives,
advanced system configuration, and installation of software not included
with the item. We are also not responsible for any items needing security
passwords or passwords of any kind, unless specifically noted. It is
the buyer's responsibility to reload appropriate software or handle issues
regarding passwords. Our responsibility is to sell the listed hardware.
